Board Meetings

The Board of Director meetings are held at the Cape Conroe Clubhouse on the second Wednesday of each month, at 7:00 pm. Attendance of property owners is encouraged. Click here to view the minutes from the latest meeting.

Elections

Ballots are mailed to all property owners every year and an annual meeting is held each October at the Cape Conroe Park / Pavilion to elect members to the board and conduct other necessary board transactions.
