<p><strong>Call to order</strong> at 7:00 P.M. by Woody Wallace, President</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Directors Present: Woody Wallace- President, Billy Renard-Vice President, Jim Mauch- Treasurer, April Wallin-Secretary, Chester Parzyck, Craig Hartner, Betty Radcliffe, Jim Allen and alternate James Britton.</p>
<p>Not present: Judy Gibbs</p>
<p>Also attending:</p>
<p>Jason Bone-Attorney</p>
<p>Tammy Perry from Investment Management Company</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Public Comments:</strong></p>
<p>Woody Wallace welcomed everyone and spoke of several major repairs that need to be made and the pool is one of them.</p>
<p><strong>Minutes:</strong></p>
<p>Minutes of the September 2011 meeting were presented.  Jim Allen motioned to approve the minutes.  Billy Renard 2<sup>nd</sup> the motion, motion carried.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Financials:</strong></p>
<p>The September 2011 financials were presented by Jim Mauch. Billy Renard motioned to approve the financials.  Jane Laake 2nd the motion, motion carried. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Legal:</strong></p>
<p>Jason Bone drafted a ballot for approval on the term limits for board members. Jason passed out a copy to everyone that was in attendance and let them review it. Suggestions were made to add in the first paragraph “This ballot is for voting on term limits as written in “Question 1” below at a special meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2011 of the Members of Cape Conroe Property Owners’ Association, Inc., called by its Board of Directors.”</p>
<p>Billy Renard mad a motion to accept the Ballot with corrections Jane Laake 2<sup>nd</sup> the motion, motion carried unanimous.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Woody Wallace made a statement that once Ballot was corrected that we would post it on the website as well as mail it out to the homeowners.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Committee Reports</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>ACC</strong>-. 410 Moonwalk is under construction</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Maintenance:</strong> none at this time. Diane Rex suggested that we have the maintenance crew clean up around the pavilion and Buddy Wallin stated that another swing was broken at the playground.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Security</strong>:  Report by Jim Mauch; two representatives stood and spoke about security forCapeConroe. Officer Shackelford with Pct. 2 Constable office stated they would patrol for $30/hr. Officer Michael Bellard with Montgomery Police Dept. also spoke and said that he would patrol for a discounted rate of $25/hr as long as he was given more hours to patrol.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Community Relations: </strong> December 3, 2011 @1:00 p.m. Cookies with Santa. Jane suggested giving a donation to person volunteering to pay $60. Everyone agreed that would be fair.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Utilities and Roads</strong>:    Nothing to report. Billy asked if anyone would be interested in taking over the chairman of the committee and Jim Allen volunteered.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Special Projects</strong>: None at this time, Billy asked if anyone would be interested in taking over chairman of the committee and Craig Hartner volunteered.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Clubhouse Committee</strong>: Betty invited Rinaldi to speak about pool repairs. Donna with Rinaldi spoke about plaster problems with pool. “It was done wrong from day one.” The plaster needs to be redone and she has had several bids done with the plaster company direct to help save cost. Jim Allen asked Donna to please give the board time to discuss bids before any repairs are started.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Jim Allen asked if there could be a new committee for boat stickers again.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Billy Renard made a motion that Jim Allen head up the boat sticker committee, Craig Hartner 2<sup>nd</sup> motion, motion carried.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>New Business: </strong></p>
<p>None at this time.</p>

<p><strong>Old Business:</strong></p>
<p>Deed Restrictions- Billy Renard</p>
<p>Billy Renard made a motion to allow himself to set meeting with the public homeowners to go over changes to the deed restrictions, Jim Mauch 2<sup>nd</sup> the motion, motion carried.</p>

<p>Billy Renard stated the meeting dates would be posted on website as well as marquee.</p>
